No Credit Notes will be passed on any products!, Purchases are irrevocable - Ensure that the Product you purchase is correct!

Defective products will only be accepted in original packaging.
Defective products must be returned with details of the defect and the original invoice.
Heaven Records Indie Pop Shop does not collect, the customer is expected to cover return costs.
All defective products must first be examined by Heaven Records Indie Pop Shop before a replacement or refund is issued.
The following will result in a product declared warranty being null
and void :
Physical Damage on the product
Burn marks on the product
Missing the original labels
Items that have been marked, written on or tampered with in any other way.
